Et\u00c3\u00b3logo, bi\u00c3\u00b3logo, te\u00c3\u00b3rico evolutivo, divulgador cient\u00c3\u00adfico, y circunstancialmente uno de los mejores escritores vivos en lengua brit\u00c3\u00a1nica. <b>Wendy Wright<\/b> es la presidenta de Concerned Women for America, la organizaci\u00c3\u00b3n pol\u00c3\u00adtica estadounidense m\u00c3\u00a1s grande formada por mujeres. Creacionista convencida, Wright es tan agradable y buen pol\u00c3\u00adtico como ignorante. Con esa amabilidad de <i>ateo extremista<\/i> que le caracteriza, Dawkins resuelve para Wright un malentendido habitual y en muchas ocasiones malintencionado. Que insistamos en explicar que las teor\u00c3\u00adas de Darwin explican por completo y sin prerrequisito alguno c\u00c3\u00b3mo evoluciona la vida en nuestro planeta, no quiere decir que seamos partidarios de un <i>darwinismo<\/i> social, ni mucho menos econ\u00c3\u00b3mico. Es de hecho una aspiraci\u00c3\u00b3n del humanismo moderno desactivar la evoluci\u00c3\u00b3n hasta donde sea posible en lo que al ser humano se refiere, o sustituirla por algo lo m\u00c3\u00a1s parecido posible a una evoluci\u00c3\u00b3n cultural.
