La sociedad actual ha alcanzado un alto grado de indiscutible complejidad:\u00c2\u00a0 lo que en alg\u00c3\u00ban momento comenz\u00c3\u00b3 como una forma de organizaci\u00c3\u00b3n familiar, grupal y tribal, ha evolucionado hasta alcanzar niveles organizacionales complej\u00c3\u00adsimos: cada sistema social (como la pol\u00c3\u00adtica, la econom\u00c3\u00ada, la familia, la ciencia, la religi\u00c3\u00b3n, etc.), responde a un esquema de autoreproducci\u00c3\u00b3n cerrado, basado en un c\u00c3\u00b3digo de comunicaci\u00c3\u00b3n binario particular, lo que en la teor\u00c3\u00ada sociol\u00c3\u00b3gica moderna se conoce con el nombre de autopoiesis.
